Open NowPlayers should have competitive cricket experience. T20 format experience is a strong advantage. International talent is welcome.
CompetitivePlayer Selection Criteria
Strong club or district-level cricket background. Experience in league or representative cricket is preferred.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced T20 cricket. Aggressive batting, creative bowling and sharp fielding are highly valued.

NCL GT20 is a high-intensity competition. Players must meet professional fitness standards and be injury-free.
